There's actually a new schedule of trips started last 2nd week of December 2007:

From Calapan, the boat leaves at 50:00AM, 6:30AM, 8:00AM, 9:30 AM, 11:00AM, 12:30PM, 2:00PM, 3:30PM and last trip is 5:00PM.

From Batangas, the boat leaves at
6:30AM, 8:00AM, 9:30 AM, 11:00AM, 12:30PM, 2:00PM, 3:30PM, 5:00PM and last trip is 6:30PM
